Subject: Disclosure of transactions carried out by a person discharging managerial responsibilities at the Company
Legal basis: Art. 19 section 3 of MAR
The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 30 November 2022 it was notified of the sale of 50.000 shares of the Company by a person discharging managerial responsibilities at the Company – Michał Nowakowski, a Member of the Management Board.
According to the information provided to the Company by the Member of Management Board alongside the notification, the transactions described in the notification exhausted the entire order submitted to the brokerage house regarding the sale of shares of the Company.
