Unsolicited submissions

Hi!

We know that some of you would like to send us ideas or assets you created to inspire us and create the next big thing based on them, and we truly appreciate your enthusiasm and interest in our products! Unfortunately, it’s simply not possible for us to explore everything you send to us, and we cannot accept any materials (whether it’s concept art, manuscripts, treatments, scripts, drawings, ideas, pictures etc.) that we do not specifically request. So, we kindly ask you not to send us any unsolicited submissions.

In case you do decide to send us unsolicited materials anyway, please note that:

  1. We will not review the materials provided with an unsolicited submission and we may even delete all correspondence of such kind without familiarizing ourselves with it. Consequently, we will not offer any consideration or compensation for the provided assets, as they will not be used by us in our games.
  2. We cannot assure you that your ideas will be treated as confidential or proprietary.
  3. Since CD PROJEKT is actively developing numerous games and exploring many themes and ideas, it may just so happen that some of them could bear some resemblance to the material sent to us via an unsolicited submission (e.g. some ideas for a quest or a character). This does not mean that we have used your idea and you should accept that CD PROJEKT will not be liable to you in any way for such similarities.
  4. By way of precaution, we must state that if you decide to send us your materials anyways, you grant (or represent and warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) CD PROJEKT S.A. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use these materials. You also agree to execute any documentation required by us (in our sole discretion) to confirm such rights.

If you are interested in working in game development at CD PROJEKT RED, you can always check our job offers.
