Subject: Decision concerning admission and conditional introduction of Series M shares of the Company to trading on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange

Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”), pursuant to § 17 section 1 items 2 and 5 of the Finance Minister’s regulation of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the requirements for recognition as equivalent of information required by the law of a non-Member State (JL 2018 item 757), and in relation to the Company’s Current Reports no. 55/2022 of 9 December 2022, no. 53/2022 of 5 December 2022 and no. 43/2022 of 17 October 2022, hereby announces that on 21 February 2023 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) adopted a resolution concerning admission and introduction of 32,000 Series M ordinary bearer shares of the Company to trading on the main market of the WSE (“the Resolution”).

According to the Resolution, admission to trading on the main market applies to 32,000 Series M ordinary bearer shares of the Company with a nominal unit value of 1.00 PLN carrying ISIN code PLOPTTC00060 (“the Shares”). Furthermore, according to the Resolution the Shares shall be introduced to trading on the main market on 28 February 2023 under the condition that the National Depository for Securities carries out, on 28 February 2023, assimilation of the Shares with Company shares which are already admitted to trading under ISIN code PLOPTTC00011.

The Company will communicate a statement concerning assimilation of Shares by the National Depository for Securities by way of a separate Current Report.
