Subject: Publication dates of periodic reports in 2020
Legal basis: Article 56.1.2 of the Offering Act – current and periodic information
Pursuant to § 80 section 1 of the Finance Minister’s regulation of 29 March 2018 regarding publication of current and periodic reports by issuers of securities and conditions under which reports legally required by non-member states are considered equivalent to same (hereafter referred to as “the Regulation”), the Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. (hereafter referred to as “the Company”), headquartered in Warsaw, Jagiellońska 74 hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2020:
1. Periodic reports for 2019:
– Separate and consolidated yearly reports for 2019 – 8 April 2020
2. Periodic reports for 2020:
– Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2020 – 28 May 2020
– Consolidated semiannual report for 1H 2020 – 3 September 2020
– Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2020 – 26 November 2020
In accordance with § 79 section 2 of the Regulation the Company will not publish a quarterly report for Q4 2019 and Q2 2020.
The Company further announces that in accordance with § 62 sections 1 and 3 the aforementioned consolidated quarterly and semiannual reports will include abridged versions of quarterly and semiannual separate financial reports. Accordingly, the Company will not publish separate quarterly reports or a separate semiannual report.
