Subject: Rectification of clerical error in the Management Board report on CD PROJEKT Capital Group activities in 2015
Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offerings Act – current and periodic information
Pursuant to § 6 section 4 of the Finance Minister’s regulation of 19 February 2009 concerning publication of current and periodic information by issuers of securities, the Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. hereby announces that due to a clerical error the Management Board report on CD PROJEKT Capital Group activities in 2015 published on 10 March 2016 (hereafter referred to as “the Report”) was missing Table 13 presenting the compensation of members of the Supervisory Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. (in PLN thousands), originally intended to appear on page 58. The revised Report is duly attached to this document.
This error has no bearing on the Capital Group’s financial result presented in its annual consolidated financial statement.
