Subject: Decision regarding suspension of the sale of CD PROJEKT Group products and GOG.com distribution in Russia and Belarus

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby announces that on 3 March 2022 it undertook the decision to suspend sales of CD PROJEKT Group products as well as games distributed on the GOG.COM platform on the territories of Russia and Belarus.
The Company estimates that the approximate cumulative share of Russia and Belarus in CD PROJEKT RED product sales and in sales revenues obtained in the GOG.COM segment over the past 12-month period was 5.4% and 3.7% respectively.
