Subject: Postponement of Cyberpunk 2077 release
Legal basis: Art. 17 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR)
In relation to Current Report no. 1/2020 of 16 January 2020 the Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., headquartered in Warsaw, Jagiellońska 74, hereby announces that, earlier today, it undertook the decision to postpone the previously announced release of Cyberpunk 2077 until 19 November 2020.
The decision is connected with the need to apply final touches and bugfixes to the game. These activities require the Company to secure additional time, and do not affect the game’s finalized content, gameplay features and hands-on tests, which commenced this week and involve independent journalists from around the world.
