Subject: Rectification of Current Report 5/2020
Legal Basis: Art. 17 section 1 of MAR – inside information
In relation to Current Report no. 5/2020 of June 18, 2020, titled “Postponement of Cyberpunk 2077 release”, the Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw, at Jagiellońska 74 (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby rectifies the contents of said report by appending a final paragraph as follows:
Furthermore, the Management Board of the Company wishes to disclose that on June 2, 2020 it undertook the decision to delay public disclosure of inside information under Art. 17 section 4 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC. The inside information to which delayed disclosure was applied on June 2, 2020 concerned identification by the Company, in light of analyses of development progress, of a potential risk of postponement of the Cyberpunk 2077 release. The reason behind the public disclosure of this inside information was the Management Board’s final decision, undertaken on June 18, 2020, to postpone the release of Cyberpunk 2077.
