The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (”the Company”) hereby announces that on 4 October 2022 Mr. Piotr Pągowski filed his resignation from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board and Member of the Audit Committee of the Company, effective as of the end of the day 31 December 2022.
