Subject: Rectification of Current Report no. 37/2021
Legal basis: Art. 56 sections 1 and 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
With regard to publication of Current Report no. 37/2021 of 19 August 2021 titled “Change in publication date of the Company’s periodic reports”, the Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw, at Jagiellońska 74, wishes to rectify the contents of the said report by altering the announced publication date of the Company’s consolidated quarterly financial statement for the third quarter of 2021 from 30 November 2021 to 29 November 2021. The remainder of the report is left unchanged.
