Subject: Rectification concerning taxonomy elements presented in the consolidated annual report for 2021
Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offering Act – Current and periodic information
The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) hereby discloses, in the form of a current report, an errata to the Skonsolidowane Sprawozdanie Finansowe Grupy Kapitałowej CD PROJEKT za 2021 (Consolidated Financial Statement of the CD PROJEKT Group for 2021) which is part of the consolidated annual earnings report for 2021, published on 14 April 2022.
As a result of an unintended mistake, on page 8 of the Skonsolidowane Sprawozdanie Finansowe Grupy Kapitałowej CD PROJEKT za 2021 (Consolidated Financial Statement of the CD PROJEKT Group for 2021), taxonomy elements were erroneously assigned to the following line items:
- The „Deferred revenues” line item:
This line item was originally tagged as „DeferredTaxLiabilities”.
Following rectification this line item is tagged with the „DeferredlncomeClassifiedAsNoncurrent” taxonomy element;
- The „Other provisions” line item:
This line item was originally tagged as „NoncurrentProvisionsForEmployeeBenefits”.
Following rectification it is tagged with the „OtherlongtermProvisions” taxonomy element.
