Subject: Change in publication date of the Company’s semiannual report
Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering current and periodic information
In relation to Current Report no. 3/2022 of 21 January 2022 the Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby announces that it has decided to change the date of publication of the Company’s consolidated semiannual report for the first half of 2022.
The consolidated semiannual report, originally scheduled for publication on 1 September 2022, will instead be published on 7 September 2022.
