Subject: Expansion of the Company’s operating activities

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., headquartered in Warsaw (hereafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby announces that on 8 July 2016 the Company’s Management Board adopted a resolution under which the Company’s operating activities would be expanded to include preparations for publication of Gwent: The Witcher Card Game in the People’s Republic of China. As part of said preparations, the Management Board of the Company intends to conclude an agreement with a local publisher and apply for the relevant approvals and permits.
