Subject: Registration of share capital increase
Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offerings Act – current and periodic information
The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., headquartered in Warsaw, Jagiellońska 74 (hereafter referred to as “the Company”) announces that on 26 September 2017 the District Court for the City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Department of the National Court Registry certified an increase in the Company share capital, associated with issue of shares under the conditional share capital increase plan, previously disclosed in Current Report no. 48/2016 of 5 December 2016 and Current Report no. 31/2016 of 18 October 2016.
Consequently, the Company share capital is 96,120,000 PLN, divided into 96,120,000 shares with a nominal value of 1 PLN per share.
The total number of votes afforded by all Company shares is 96,120,000.
