Subject: Information on the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting concerning the dividend payment

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that on 23 June 2025 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company passed a resolution concerning payment of the dividend in the amount of PLN 99,910,510.00, i.e. PLN 1.00 per each Company’s share participating in the dividend.
The dividend record date has been set for 30 June 2025 and the dividend payment date for 9 July 2025. There are 99,910,510 Company shares which confer the right to the dividend.
