Cyberpunk Trading Card Game Celebrates Official Release

Following a successful crowdfunded Kickstarter campaign, Cyberpunk TCG celebrates its official international release today, November 6.

Snapshot:

  • Cyberpunk TCG officially launches following a successful Kickstarter campaign, making cards available for all players and kicking off full Organized Play support
  • Players can now attend weekly tournaments to obtain special promotional cards ahead of large-scale Edgeunner Open Regional events in December and January
  • An active international pre-launch campaign took Cyberpunk TCG to major events in North America, Europe, and Asia

Starter decks, booster boxes, and booster packs are now widely available to all players, with the official launch also kicking off weekly Organized Play support. Local game stores across the world will host Night City Brawl events, where players can attend to obtain special promotional cards while playing games of Cyberpunk TCG. In addition to these more casual events, competitive tournaments will also debut in the coming months through two large-scale Edgerunner Open Regionals, taking place in Chicago in December and Warsaw in January.

Cyberpunk TCG has already enjoyed an international promotional tour through major events such as Anime Expo in Los Angeles, Spiel Essen in Germany, PAX Australia, Red Land in China, and more. Those attending these events were given free demo decks to trial Cyberpunk TCG with members of the WeirdCo and CD PROJEKT RED teams, and could obtain a special promotional card of fan-favorite character Rebecca from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.

Special Beta and Pre-Release events also allowed players to sample Cyberpunk TCG ahead of launch, and stores have hosted regular weekly play sessions for those who obtained cards through the Kickstarter campaign.

Developed by WeirdCo, Cyberpunk TCG features characters from CD PROJEKT RED’s Cyberpunk 2077 franchise, including the hit video game plus spin-off products such as the Netflix anime series Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, co-created with TRIGGER. It became the most-funded Kickstarter game of all time during its campaign earlier in 2026, raising more than $28 million in crowdfunding support.
