In our effort to strike a balance between dynamic growth of the Group and caring for the natural environment, we strive to carry out our business activities in an environmentally responsible manner, consistent with the principles of sustainable development. In 2022 we unveiled an Environmental Policy in which we pledge to limit the negative impact of our actions on the environment and the climate. In parallel, we also rolled out a certified eco-management system which complies with the ISO 14001 standard and the EMAS regulation, and helps us manage our environmental impact in an efficient manner. Ongoing activities in this scope include:
- calculating and monitoring the carbon footprint throughout our value chain,
- reducing greenhouse gas emissions,
- optimizing energy management and improving the energy efficiency of our buildings,
- expanding our solar arrays at the Warsaw campus,
- applying modern technical solutions in newly constructed buildings,
- analyzing climate risks, and carrying out mitigation activities on our premises,
- maintaining compliance with legal requirements and all other commitments related to environmental impact which apply to our activities,
- fostering awareness of environmental issues among our team members, business partners and lessees conducting activities on our premises,
- planning, verifying and evaluating the environmental impact of our activities against a set of measurable targets.
