We’re thrilled to announce that we’re kicking off the 2nd edition of our mentoring and scholarship program for female high school students – Girls in the Game!
This initiative aims to encourage young girls to start their careers in the industry. Each participant has a dedicated mentor from CDPR and gets a monthly scholarship to cover the cost of equipment or courses. We launched the program last year with our first group of 20 talented students (we had over 1400 applications!) and will continue the mission of showing that there are many exciting careers to consider within the game dev.
