Finance Assistant

As a part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated Finance Assistant to enrich our Finance team and run our Registrar Office smoothly.

Responsibilites

  • Ensuring a smooth operation of the Registrar’s Office.
  • Registering invoices and agreements in the electronic Workflow system.
  • Managing the flow of documents within the Company (incoming and outgoing post).
  • Archiving documents.
  • Ensuring correct settlement of travel expenses.
  • Ensuring correct settlement of credit card operations.
  • Cooperation with the Finance & Accounting departments in terms of company procedures and policies.

Job Requirements

  • A self driven and responsible approach to responsibilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and communicate efficiently with employees from all levels of the organization.
  • Good computer skills, especially related to MS Office & Google Suite tools.
  • Proficiency in English (both written & spoken).
  • Experience in a similar position would be a plus.
